You may browse the catalogue without an account. Placing an order means opening a membership, which also keeps your orders and addresses in one place. Keep your details accurate and your sign-in to yourself — what happens under your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access, and we will help you secure it.

The Global Family Club is the membership behind every order: anyone may browse, and members buy. You join by taking a founding seat for an annual fee, or free with a family member’s invitation; while the founding window is open, joining carries no charge. Membership carries member pricing, the family rewards wallet, referrals, and the curated shelf. Founding seats hold their rate for as long as the membership stays active.

Wallet rewards are credit toward future orders within RSN One; they are not cash and are not redeemable for cash. Rewards earned from a family member’s order settle after that order’s return window has passed. We may adjust or withhold rewards tied to orders that are cancelled, returned, or found to be fraudulent.

The price you are shown is the price you pay. We do not run hidden fees, and we do not start auto-renewing trials without telling you plainly. Members see their member price applied at checkout; everyone else sees the open list price, and what membership would save.

Membership renews on its term, and you may cancel at any time — in one click, from your membership settings, with no call to make and no retention maze to escape. When you cancel, you keep your benefits through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We will always tell you before a renewal, never after.

An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm it and begin to prepare it. We may decline or cancel an order — for instance if a piece is mispriced or out of stock — and where that happens after you have paid, we refund you in full. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

We aim to ship promptly and to show honest delivery estimates; carriers can run late, so estimates are not guarantees. If an object does not earn its place, you may return it within seven days of arrival. The club arranges collection from your door, inspects the piece against the standard it left in, and refunds in full to your original payment method, on every order we have ever taken. Please use RSN One as it is meant to be used. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site; do not scrape it, resell access to it, or use it to defraud the house or its members; and do not misuse the concierge or post content you have no right to share. We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and we reserve the right to refuse service where we must.

The RSN One name and mark, the writing, the photography, and the design of this site are ours or our partners’, and are protected. You are welcome to enjoy them here; you may not copy or reuse them for your own commercial purposes without our permission.

We stand behind the pieces we sell and the service we give, and the rights your local consumer law grants you always stand — nothing here takes those away. Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, the house is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and the site is offered as it is.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, where the house keeps its home, without affecting any mandatory protections of the country you shop from. We may update these terms as the house grows; when we make a material change, we will note it here and move the date above. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
